How does Proverbs 31:10 read in the King James Version? OK, what about in the Young’s Literal Translation? How does it read in Albanian? Where can you find the word “creator” in the NIV? For those of us who do not have an extensive library of Bible texts, we can have one on our desks in the form of Gospelcom.net’s Bible Gateway service. You can look up specific scripture references or search for a specific word in seventeen different translations. And, if you prefer, you can read the results in one of thirty languages, including Maori, Croatian, Haitian, Norsk, and Latin. And you can hear scripture read in English, Spanish, Farsi, Slovak, and Platdietsch. But wait, there’s more! There is online access to a number of the IVP New Testament Commentaries, Bible Studies, Devotionals, daily emails, and Bible reading plans, tools for your PDA or handheld, and links to other valuable study resources. There are two free mailing lists available: one is for occasional notice of happenings at Bible Gateway, and one geared towar webmasters who are using Bible Gateway resources on their websites. This is a very useful site, easy use, read, and even fun to use. You can contact Bible Gateway via their Contact page form.
