Bullied Teenager Rebuilt Self Confidence through Jiujitsu

Learning Martial Arts is not just learning how to throw some punches and kicks to knock down someone. It is also learning to develop a person’s self-esteem, confidence and discipline.

In this clip, we feature a kid named Austin McDaniel, a 14 year old from Indiana who loves games and electric guitar. He experienced a bad memory when one day, he got bullied in the front of his peers and it was caught on the school’s CCTV. This pushed Austin and his parents to make him learn self defense. He rebuilt himself in a one week of intensive training at the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy. It was a wonderful transformation. Watch this clip!
