In 1979, I was a 19-year old kid who liked Merlin
Olson, Deacon Jones, Rosey Grier, and the other members of the
Rams powerhouses of the 60's. However, the Rams who met the
Steelers in the Super Bowl of that year were not the Machine
of previous years. They lost.
However, fast forward to 2000. Presenting
I haven't felt like this since 1982, when St. Louis won the Beer
Town series from Milwaukee. Hats off to Tennessee, who made it
a heck of a game, and who I hope are back in the Big Show next
year. But the RAMS ARE THE CHAMPS!
