Flash 4 is a technology that, in the right hands,
can do some pretty amazing bandwidth-smart things.
For a primo example, take a look at this designing
firm's offering:
This outfit will create a website or an online game for you.
They know what they're doing, as evidenced by their wild multimedia
demonstration at their home site.
It loads fast, but it takes lots of processor power. I'd say
you need at least 300 MHz and 64 MB of RAM to really enjoy the
site.
