There is the regular fess of $75 for adults and $60 for infants. This fee is paid to the US Department of the State. In addition to this, you need to pay the execution fee of $25. If you apply for the passport, it usually takes four to six weeks for you to receive it.

To ensure the fast delivery of passport, you need to pay the expediting fee. This fee depends on the time frame you are looking for. You can get the passport within hours or within days. This fee also directly goes to the US Department of State. In addition to the expedite fee, you also need to pay the expediter fee. So, if you need the passport within hours, you need pay $299 and if you want the passport overnight, you need to pay $249.

Overnight passport can be processed anywhere that processes regular applications. The requirements in terms of documents and photographs also remain the same. It is a good thing that you have the facility and means to get your passport done overnight, but it’s always better to be prepared and get your passport done in advance.
