Your hair is one barometer of the condition of your health. It is the frame for your face and it’s beauty or lack of beauty makes the difference in how you look to the world. Baldness used to confine itself mostly to men, but today women put their hair under so much stress from the use of chemicals for permanents, dyes, etc. that they are taking their place along with the balding men.

Scientists tell us to take protein for beautiful hair ; yet, few has mentioned the vital electrical force activating stimulation of the hair substance to help nature revive glandular activity. Here’s the magical secret i found included in the book “Hand Reflexology : Key To Perfect Health” by Mildred Carter.

The secret was told by the late Dr. Joe Shelby Riley, that will not only stop your falling hair, but will help you grow a new head of hair successfully:

Rub the fingernails of one hand directly across the fingernails of the other hand with a quick, rapid motion as

though you were buffing them with a buffer, only you are using the fingernails of the opposite hand as the

buffer. Do this for five minutes at least three times a day.

This is said also to prevent gray hair but this miracle of new hair won’t happen in a day or two. You must keep at it. The first thing you will notice in a few weeks is that the hair has stopped falling out. If you are young, that is before your hair has begun to turn gray, and you do this for five minutes night and morning, you will build up the entire nerve force of your body. Mildred Carter said in her book that as nerve force is the foundation of a perfect organ, stimulate the hair molecules into life and you will never have a gray hair the rest of your life.
