Lemonade Diet: The Master Cleanse System

Relax, Lemonade diet is not another diet for weight loss or fat burning although it can sometimes help you to boost your metabolism, thus result in weight loss! The Lemonade diet is originally invented by Stanley Burroughs for totally different purpose.


We take bath daily to clean our outside body. But how will you clean inside the body? This is where lemonade diet comes in to play!

The purpose of Lemonade diet is very simple; dissolve and eliminate toxins and congestion that have formed in any part of the body; cleanse the kidneys and the digestive system; purify the glands and cells throughout the entire body; eliminate all unusable waste and hardened material in the joints and muscles; relieve pressure and irritation in the nerves, arteries, and blood vessels; build a healthy blood stream; keep youth and elasticity regardless of our years.

When to use Lemonade diet?

When sickness has developed in your body, when your digestive system requires cleanse and rest, and when better assimilation and building of body tissue is needed. And finally, when overweight is a serious issue for you. You should follow Lemonade diet for minimum 10 days and up to 40 days.

How to make Lemonade?

It is too simple. Combine 2 Tbsp of lime juice or lemon (about half lemon) with 2 Tbsp of Maple syrup and 1/10th Tbsp red pepper and purified medium hot water. Always use organic lime or lemon. Never use artificial lemon juice!

How much one should drink lemonade?

Take anywhere between 6-12 glasses a day during waken period. Whenever you feel hungry you should only take lemonade. No other foods are allowed during dieting period! The lemonade is already a food in liquid form.

Those who are overweight less maple syrup should be taken. Those who are underweight more maple syrup should be taken. If you are underweight don’t worry about losing further weight. You will be only losing mucus, waste and disease. Healthy tissues never get eliminated under lemonade diet plan.

Never vary the amount of juice you consume per servicing. For many peoples, 6-8 glasses of juice per day is enough. You can however take pure water if you desire.

Some tips:

Don’t use honey instead of maple syrup. Don’t take any supplements, vitamin pills or any other energy booster during diet. If you take you are going to dilute the effect of lemonade diet system.
