    I only recently was told what I was doing was called polyphasic sleep. I just kind of fell into a natural rhythm of about 4-4.5 hrs/night with 1-2 20 min naps during the day and 1 catch up day of 8 hrs during a week. This has worked for over 11 years for me. By no means did I go from a “normal” schedule to what I’m doing now, but as was said in the video, it just works for me.

    some of the most miserable folks I”ve met are ones that sleep 8 hours a night. Everybody’s hardwired differently for sleep.
