Children's Encyclopedia of Women Week of 03/14/2005 http://www2.lhric.org/pocantico/womenenc/womenenc.htm This encyclopedia was begun in March 1998 by third and fourth grade students at Pocantico Hills School in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The children choose a woman based on a topic they are interested in, research her, and write about her. A timeline and resource links round out the site. Rating: A wonderful history-technology project.
