Tender mammary glands: A woman who is pregnant will have swollen and tender breasts. It is a sign that will signify the early part of pregnancy. A woman may have tender breasts right before the menstrual period. The glands will not enlarge during pregnancy. If you start having an achy and bloated feeling then it may well be because of conception. A woman will also have a tingly feeling in her breasts.

Morning sickness: Pregnancy can be detected by morning sickness. Nausea can even be due to case of food poisoning or flu. A pregnant woman will have vomit feeling two weeks prior to missing a period. Fatigue: The body will start experiencing some changes and it will need a lot of rest. When feeling tired, take a nap to refresh yourself.

Urination: Pregnant women will frequently urinate since the baby will put pressure on the abdomen. It will start 6 weeks prior to conception.

Headaches: Headache occurs during premenstrual symptoms. Taking rest is the best way to relive from headache.
