Trinity FL House Hunters Episode

By on July 24, 2008

Coming to HGTV’s House Hunters Show is an episode filmed entirely in the Trinity FL area of Pasco County. The first episode will air on August 14, 2008 at 10:00 pm and thereafter there will be reruns periodically. The show is entitled “Goodbye Gators” staring Ivis and Marcus McCollum, their two boys, and Joe Gibbons, Realtor with the Lipply Real Estate Group of Remax Realtec.

The story is all about the McCollum family wanting to sell their home and buy a new one in the same subdivision. They have two little children and they want a bigger back yard and preferably one without a pond so they don’t have to worry about Alligators. Alligators are a very common sight in most all fresh water ponds in Florida and while they are usually harmless – just the mere sight of them make people run and hide.

Trinity Florida is an upcoming family area with newer homes, shops, restaurants, golf courses and very soon will have its own large medical center. For the past 10 years many people have been moving into the area and enjoy the friendly neighborhoods, great schools and clean streets with well manicured landscape. While it’s not far from the beaches or the hustle and bustle of the city life, it’s a great alternative to Clearwater and Tampa for many reasons.

Watch the show on HGTV (Home and Garden Channel) and get a good idea of why the McCollum family loves Trinity so much!
