Yoga Positions for Beginners
There are many emotional and physical benefits to practicing yoga. With so much concentration in the wellness and fitness industry, it is not surprising that more and more people are turning to yoga to compliment their health lifestyle choices and for exercise. At first glance, the thought of yoga can be a little intimidating because there are indeed some unusual sounding names. Another popular pose is the Cobra pose which is a primary pose for positioning and strengthening the spine.
