6) Rather than using light finishes on wood and lighter fabrics, select darker woods and fabrics.
7) Use taller furniture away from the walls in order to create cozy or intimate sections within your room.

1) Try placing an artificial tree in the corner of your room.
2) You could use pedestals or occasional tables of varying heights in the different corners of your room.
3) Add up lighting’ in the corners for dramatic appeal.

5) Hang a corner cabinet in your corner for extra storage.
