You can also see the daily routine the convicts followed, see the rules and regulations that they lived by, and even find out about some of the escape attempts from the island.

i just wanna say that im 14 years old and i plan to go on a trip to alcatraz prison when i turn 18 years old and can go alone. I have done alot of research on alcatraz and find it quite interesting. I would like to spend one night in the cell D block so i can feel the pain the spirits try to send.
