Ask Jeeves
I came across this site the other day, and wanted to share it with you. It is a simple site, but one that has so much potential for fun, that I spent an hour here the first time I saw it.
The site is called Ask Jeeves, and it is simply that. You ask a question by typing it into the computer, and it gives you an answer. But it isn’t just an answer. The site goes out and gathers a multitude of resources about your question. For example, the first one I asked was “How rich is Bill Gates?” It gave me not only information about Bill, his estimated worth, and where to find his NY Times column, but also information about the winning lottery numbers, and press coverage of the infamous pastry incident in Europe. The potpourri of information is truly astounding.
So for some fun moments on the net, try this site out. It is a real cyber-trip.
I AM TRYING TOO FIND HISTORY IMFORMATION ON THE OLD JAS BENJAMIN STONEWARE COMPANY THAT WAS IN OHIO . COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME
i want to put all of my audio files onto one cd for easy transfer to another computer. if i compact the entire file with winzip will the file fit onto a 700 MB/80 min. CD-R?
Can you do regular sewing with a serger sewing machine or do you need two separate machines?
