Great Outdoors
It is cold and wet and windy where I am now. I live in Oregon, a state noted for its wilderness areas and wildlife. There are also great camping locations, one of which I will be experiencing this weekend with my son and his Weblos patrol. Somehow camping in late November in this weather is not my idea of fun, but if outdoor activities are yours, then today’s site is a sure winner for you.
The site is called The Great Outdoors. It is the website that is sponsored by the Outdoor Life Network, which I had never heard of until today. It is a site that celebrates, encourages and promotes outdoor activities. There is no particular bias towards any one activity, so long as it is out of doors. Here you can learn about the latest ideas and techniques for activities ranging from bicycling to scuba diving to mountain climbing to whatever you can imagine. Going kayaking with whales is one of the more esoteric articles I noticed at the site.
I am impressed by the content, and even more curious about the TV network that sponsors this site. I am sure you will be as equally impressed as I am when you stop by and check it out.
