I purchased this software last week. I love it!! I am using the software to monitor my childrens internet activities. I was shocked to see the websites my teenage son was visting. I only wish I had this software when we first got internet service.
If individual is aware he/she is being monitored all they have to do is advance the system clock up ahead one month. All recorded data is subsequently deleted.
System updates delete saved data as well.
Although the program can be password protected the data itself is not and can be accessed and deleted by a tech saavy teen
Does not record everything and it records IM/Chat some of the time but not always.
Made customer service aware of the system clock problem and they didnt care. They only responded in short sentances providing information from their sales add. Acted almost in an automated fashion.
We had to get a new computer with Vista & for some reason it didn’t work anymore. I purchased an extra option so I could get it if I got a new computer and it didn’t work. I emailed the company a couple times and got no reply.
If you have an old system and your teens are just regular computer users, it’s great!
