I was watching television the other night, and was intrigued by a program that documented one of the most massive public works projects ever undertaken. It still remains to this day, and is familiar to almost everyone. It is called Hoover Dam.

This is a very informative and educational site, and underscores the importance of efficiently production electricity in our nation.
