I would like to dispute the fact that hot product outlet stands behind their products with 100% customer satisfaction. You can not return any product unless it is unopened in the original package. They offer only credit returns upon their discretion. The quality of the product (helicopter) is very cheap and does not perform as promised. Also, once you pay shipping and handling fees to return the product, you also have to pay a 15% repackaging fee. This makes it
impossible to ever get your money returned for the original value that you paid.
It appears that this company should not be allowed to advertise over the internet. It is an outlet for inferior products and has no intention of backing its advertising.
Although the flying Saucer is attractive and fun, it is designed to last ony a few days.
In my first email I didn’t mention the name of the offending company which was “Hot Products Outlet. They should not be allowed to advertise on the internet.
I purchased a blackhawk Helicopter from HotProductOutlet. One of the legs on the landing skid broke off. Can I order another landing skid?
