Well, it’s getting close to the time to find out who is the best of the best. Today’s FamSite takes it annual visit to the home of Oscar, the site for the 73rd Annual Academy Awards.

This site, called Oscar.com, is the home of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Here you can view all the nominees for all the categories, from best picture on down to writing and editing. You can view the history and legacy of the event, which was conceived by movie mogul Louis B. Mayer as an industry function. How it has changed since the first one in 1927. There are games you can play here, look at posters and the statuette, as well as explore the Academy Database where you can find out about every award ever given. That is EVERY one handed out.
