For those of you new to the business world, here’s a little something that is commonly done with small and new companies that are getting into the market. The value of the company is determined through a number of methods that ultimately decides how much people will trust your company, and your idea.

Ever wondered why ideas that have never been done before are usually given a large amount of doubt? It’s because there are no controls for such ideas, so there is no good way to calculate whether or not it will be successful. There are of course ways to get around it, for instance, if the person with a new idea has had successful ideas in the past, companies and individual stock holders will be more likely to trust his idea.
