The George Bush Presidential Library
Our next Presidential library tour finds us at the doorsteps of a building in College Station, Texas. It is the site for the mementos and artifacts of the George Bush administration. This is the second library to be located in the state of Texas, the first being that of Lyndon Johnson.
Here you can find out about the life and career of not only President Bush, but also Vice-President Bush, Lt. Bush, USNR, Director Bush, CIA, and Mr. Bush, private citizen. His career has been a long and active one in service to his country, starting with his service in World War II. Here you can find out about the highlights of his administration, from Desert Shield/Storm to the Clean Air Act and the American With Disabilities Act. There is information on his wife Barbara and their children as well (including one as a governor, and one has a position in Washington, D.C.).
