The Hawaii Five-O Fan Club

I spent a lot of time watching television growing up as a kid. Way too much, most people would say these days, but that was then, and this is now. Of all the programs that I watched, one stands out above the others. To this day, I can remember the first episode, the theme song, everything. The series was “Hawaii Five-O”, and is the subject of the FamSite today.

The Hawaii Five-O Fan Club is a spot on the Internet where fans of this long running (12 seasons and 278 episodes) can gather to chew the fat (preferably Wo Fat). There is an episode guide, links to the Institute for Hawaii Five-O Studies, a chat room, an online publication “Central Dispatch” (currently under construction), as well as links to other sites. The longevity of the program speaks for it’s quality, and this site maintains that tradition.

There have been talks and rumors of the show making a comeback on TV or in the movies. Maybe yes, maybe no. But until then, we have the quality nightly reruns on the Family Channel Cable network, as well as this site.
