The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum
Today we conclude our online visits to the libraries of the Presidents of the United States. Every President since Herbert Hoover have created libraries to house the personal papers and records of their administration, for the examination of generations to come. The final stop will be at the library of one of the most popular Presidents ever, Ronald Reagan.
President Reagan has had as wide and varied career as any previous president in our nation’s history. From radio announcer to actor to movie star to governor, his has been a long and interesting life. It is all here for one to see, in cyber form. While the site is still under development, it contains some vital and important information about the man who many consider the greatest American president. History will treat him with the respect and reverence that is his due, and this library will be the portal to understanding who he is and what he stands for.

My father worked for President Reagan and used to tell me stories about when he and Pres Reagan were on his ranch and Ronald used to love to go chop wood and he and dad would talk. My father said he also knew Mrs Nancy Reagan. I am just trying to get hold of her as I know they been through a lot. My father is now 80 yrs old and in bad health. I got the Ronald Reagan Beanie Baby and wondered if Nancy would sign the back of his collar if I sent the baby to her… I am just desperate to do something nice for my dad and he loved Ronald Reagan. My father worked for the State Police in Los Angeles when Reagan was Governor of Calif….. I didnt know how else to get hold of someone from their family. We still have the 8×19 glossies that Mr Reagan signed for my dad for his grandchildren…. This time its for my father….. Thanks for your help and hope you can help me with this:)
I have in possession, President Reagan’s pesonal Parker Treadmill, used in the white house during his administration. It is signed and documentation included for anyone interested before it get placed on Ebay. This treadmill is still in operation and was used for following his attempted murder. doctors statement included.
Back in June 1982 my class called “The Falls Junior High Clock Works” presented a granddfather clocks to one of the Presidents assistants as the president was in Europe. It was placed in the West Wing of the White House. At a later date it was sent to the museum. I would like to know where it is or maybe get a picture of it in the museum.
I am the instructor of the class and I would like to infor the students and community about it.
I live in International Falls, Minnesota where the clock was made.
