The Sad State of Social Media Privacy
Social media is something we all know about. Looking at this Infographic I am reminded of a situation at target where what people were buying automated a system to send out ads for like products. That led to a sixteen year old receiving coupons for infant items.
Do I think social medias are taking our personal information to sell to ad companies? No, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they sold static non-personal information. I’m curious as to what you think? How much information do you think Social Medias use?
