The Wizard of Oz
There’s no place like home. That is the lesson that young Dorothy Gale learned when she journeyed to the Land of Oz, and had the adventures that have entertained millions of children for almost 100 years. The magic is about to return again.
On November 6th, for the first time in over 40 years, the 1939 film classic The Wizard of Oz will be released to theatres. It is a totally remastered film, which will show the beauty and color not seen since it’s original showings. It is truly a magical experience seeing this in a motion picture theatre, not on a television screen. The Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion will seem to jump off the screen, they are so life like. The Good Witch, as well as the Wicked Witch of the West, are there in their colorful glory. Oh, yes, Toto, too.
