Bethlehem

Today’s Family Site of the Day is a very special one. Not only for the subject matter that is contained in it, but also because it is the 1000th site we have visited since it was started on January 20th, 1997. It has been a pleasure presenting these sites to you, and we hope to continue for at least another one thousand. And now, on with today’s FamSite.

The site is called Bethlehem, and is one that takes cyber visitors on a visit to the Holy Land to view the geographical locations of the birth of Jesus Christ. Here you can visit such locations as the Shepherd’s Pool, David’s Well, and the most sacred of all, the Basilica of the Nativity. There are pictures of the locations, as well as histories of them and maps showing where they are.

This site is a very special one to share with friends. The message contained here is one of peace and joy. Enjoy your stop here today.
