As we start our second millennium of Family Site of the Days, I thought it would be interesting to look at the very first site we visited at back on January 20th, 1997. It is interesting to see how much it has changed.

Back then; it was simply called Oscar Mayer. Now it is called Oscar Mayer’s Virtual Lunchbox. But the concept is the same. Here you can find out about the best lunchables and snacks, the famed Weinermobile, play games and puzzles, and a special area for mom to visit. There is even a spot for those famous Oscar Mayer Jingles.

The changes in this site since we visited it almost three years ago reflect not only the advances in Internet technology, but in Internet marketing as well. Enjoy your stop here today, and return often.
