Sleep Early – Most often than not, vacations will be more exhausting than your usual daily routines. Your best chance to catch up for another day is to call it a day early. Sleep will help rejuvenate your body, giving you more energy the day after. Sleep early and you’ll be surprised of the energy you will have the next day.

Keep The Room Dark – Lights will easily capture your kid’s attention, and bright lights will either wake them up or keep them awake. Make sure you keep the room dark turning off the lights, closing the curtains, or hanging towels on the window to keep lights from getting through your room. The dark can also make your kids feel sleepy,

Vacations with your kids may not be very restful. The idea however, is to get away from your daily as a family and enjoy each other’s company in a new, different and beautiful place. Have fun in your plans and be realistic with your goals. Take power naps with your kids whenever you can.
