Holiday Inn

Here it is, the big day has finally come, and is almost over. The presents are opened, the dinners have been eaten, and we are all facing at least a week of leftovers. But it has been a good season in our house, and hopefully in yours as well. Today’s FamSite takes a last look at a pleasant holiday site, one with a most appropriate title.

Called Holiday Inn, it is one that takes a look at all the holidays of the year, and the different traditions that this webmaster uses to celebrate them. There is a special Christmas section, with a special area for what has become a traditional holiday film, “It’s A Wonderful Life”. This site captures the spirit of the old Bing Crosby-Fred Astaire film of the same name, where the main character ran an inn that was only open on holidays.

This is a great site to wind up our Christmas holiday season, and gives a look at the holidays ahead. Be sure to bookmark this site and return often to it. It is worth the trip.
