If you need the remote access feature, avoid this program. I’ve been waiting for a serial number for 2 weeks. I’m getting no help from the seller, software4parents.com nor the manufacturer, iambigbrother.com.
It’s a total waste of money.
I tried this software but it didn’t work out. It was too easy for my kids to find. But then I tried a program called PCTattletale and it really worked out well.
I found it at http://www.pctattletale.com. They offer a free demo too and their customer service has been great.
I agree with Ms. Chun. The PCtattletale program has been great. Cost is reasonable. For $47 you can use it on two computers.
Easy to set-up and it does all I could imagine. As Ms. Chun said, support has been wonderful. They get back to you quickly.
Only one con — and it is a small one — it won’t capture webmail (yahoo, hotmail, etc.) unless you are using Internet Explorer. Since I use Firefox, it is a bit of a disappointment, but I am actually not as interested in the webmail as I am in chat and that works excellently.
I tried this program, but it just eventually stopped working. Customer support is non-existent – I never got replies to my e-mails.
I just brought this program and I dont like it. I had to decipher what my kids were writing because it doubled each letter. the customer service suck. You dont get a response to the question you are asking. The remote access page is always down.
I purchased I am big brother software in April & could never get anyone to help me understand how to work the program on my computer. Then, my son got a virus on our computer & I used the restore button after deleting alot of programs, incl. I am Big brother. Anyway, to make a long story short, I have been emailing trying to contact someone for tech. assistance to this day but to no avail!! I have thrown $29.95 out the window. Don’t let the same thing happen to you. Go to an Office Depot or Staples.

I used this software and liked it even though it was never fully functioning correctly (didnt pick up any emails etc.) And it used up alot of disc space for the logging & screen shots. I upgraded my operating system and the program never worked again. I tried email for assistance- but NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY !! They DON’T SUPPORT the software- once you pay for it YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN !!!
I am big brother worked at forst now I’m not able to capture email passwords. Like so many others…THERE IS NO TECH SUPPORT. Don’t waste your money! Seek out another program.
You people are sick. Would you like it if your kids knew what you wrote to your friends? No, that’s an invasion of privacy which everyone, including children deserves.
This program sucks. A day after I installed it I had to do a system restore and I lost the program. Emailed the company several times and there’s been no response. I wish I’d have found this page before I purchased the software. I can’t believe I wasted my money!!!!!!!
This program sucks. While it captures everything, if you have a problem, they never respond. They have taken my money, and I can’t use the remote service that I’ve paid for.

I purchased this years ago, and have installed it with no problem. I did not ask for the remote access. I purchased it because I am a responsible parent. I have taught my son right from wrong, however there are bad people out there.
My son has never gone on a website that he wasn’t supposed to, talked to someone he didn’t know online or disrespect me or himself online. He doesn’t know that I have it installed so he doesn’t know that I can check. No I don’t read his emails, but I do check who he’s talking to.
My office has policies about computer and internet use. Do you think that they don’t have the same type of way of monitoring? Of course they do.
