The technology that drives the Internet is growing by leaps and bounds. What you see and hear on your computer today would have been unthinkable even a few short years ago. Today’s FamSite is one that shows how technology is changing the way we preview and listen to music.
Called Streambox.com, it is a site that uses the Real Player technology to open the world of entertainment to cyber surfers. Here you can view music videos, listen to music (from Bach to the Beatles to Bacharach, with many stops in between), and it doesn’t stop there. You can view live event around the world, there are sections on books, news stations (six feeds from CNN alone), and one entitled wEiRd… I’ll let you figure that one out.
