The Neptune Canada Project

With 95% of the ocean unexplored, many scientists believe that the ocean is our best bet for new exploration, and not outer space. While there is a lot of controversy as to which one we should cover first, it’s clear that both will happen. At this point there are a lot of funds giving resources to both ventures, but is this the best way? Should we fully explore one, then move to another?
