The Virtual Zoo

“Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!”

With those words, Dorothy, the Scarecrow and the Tin Woodsman entered the forest in the Land of Oz. And they did see a Lion, although they weren’t really looking for one. But if they were looking for one, and they happened to have their laptop with them, they could have found one easier by just visiting today’s site.

The name of the site it The Virtual Zoo, and it is as it name states, a virtual, on-line zoo. Here the cybervisitor can visit an aquarium and see fish, go to an aviary and see the birds, and look in the cages at the lions and tigers and bears (but no Oh-mys). There are pictures and text for all the animals, and multimedia audio and video are in the planning. There is a special kids section, where the little ones can play.

So the next time you want to visit the zoo, grab the phone, and call up the Virtual Zoo. It is educational, fun, and will leave the visitor wanting to return again and again.
