Parenting sites seem to be everywhere on the Internet these days. Some are so-so, some are great, and some are just down right confusing. Today’s site is one that has a little bit of everything for everybody.

Family Planet is a site that is similar to reading a magazine. It has headlines (“Moms should stay home, church says”), advice (“Is your child the teacher’s pet-peeve?”), and seasonal activities (“Help your kids make the most of summer”). There are sections on parenting, news, fun, a sound off area, and a kids only section ( I didn’t go there, it is for kids only, okay). Once you get into the site, you’ll find articles on toys, bikes, and loads of links to related areas. This week there are articles on traveling with kids, 365 outdoor activities, and 365 TV-free activities.

So you can see, this site has a lot of variety. It is a place to spend some time, and gain some insight on options that you as a parent can use to raise your kids. Enjoy.
