Magnum, p.i.

One of the most popular television shows of the 1980’s was Magnum, p.i. It was a show set in Hawaii about a private investigator and the adventures of the people he hung around with. He was employed as the head of security for Robin’s Nest, an estate for an author with the lifestyle of Howard Hughes. It was a program that was funny, serious, and touching all at the same time.

This show is the subject of our website today. It is called Magnum, p.i., and is a site that is dedicated to the show and it’s memory. Included on the site is an episode guide to all of the shows and is available in both English and German, with a few available in French. The whole site is available in German as well, which makes sense since it is located in Germany. There is lots of information about the cast and guest stars, a location guide for sightseeing, so you can see where the episodes were shot (hint: Robin’s Nest is on the east side of Ohau), links to other Magnum sites, pictures and audio clips for downloads, just about anything a Tom Selleck fan could want.

Check this site out. I had the pleasure of spending sometime in Hawaii during the show’s prime run, and it was fascinating to see the spell that is cast on the Islands. This site helps capture some of that magic, so sit back and enjoy.
