At a recent church function, the conversation turned to the Internet. (It always seems to when I am around). Putting a web site together for us was discussed, and I opened my big mouth, and, well…guess who the web master for our church is. So I took the task on, and with the help of some prayers, it is progressing well.
One problem I had while undertaking the task was finding a comprehensive list of Christian resources on the net. There were a few, but none that I found had the depth of today’s site, The Omnilist of Christian Links Gold. The variety of sites listed is truly the result of a lot of unselfish work, with the goal of providing the tools for someone who is looking to help spread the word about Jesus. Information about programs, tools, bibles, history, it is all here. There are some sites with great clip art, as well as some specific sectarian sites. It is all-inclusive, and is updated with great regularity.
I am glad I found this page. Not only has it helped me in the preparation of my website, but it has also helped reinforce my belief that God is everywhere, even the Internet. Truly, goodness and mercy are following us, and we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever, someday. Until then, cyberspace locations such as this are a great way to spend our time while waiting.
