Happy first day of the year 2001. This is truly the first day of the new millennium, and who knows what the future will hold for us. One thing, for sure, is that the Internet will continue to grow and expand, as today’s FamSite shows.

The site is called [email protected]. For anyone who has read or looked at a copy of the National Geographic magazine has had a chance to view the wonderful maps that they feature. At this website, you can view those same quality maps, with all the little extras that the Internet provides. Some of those extras include things such as satellite images, featured art maps of special cities such as London and Jerusalem, and a great search engine that lets you focus in on a specific part of the world you want to view.

This is great site to visit and poke around in. It is also a wonderful resource for students and teachers to bookmark. Enjoy your stop here today, and have wonderful New Year.
